Was wondering - when does the number points of healing efficiency cap?

In general there is no cap for the total amount. The only known cap is the bonus from clothing that is +25 in total.

There seems to be a soft cap, a range where adding any more doesn't really mean much. I dont remember what it was exactly, but I think it was a bit over 100. Healing Efficency seems to "peak" low.
