Thread: Healing abilitys for a Doctor

Hi can anyone please tell me if there is going to be any consideration for a doctor to actualy heal people when your not in a battle or skirmish and get XP for it for exaple you could be at a medical center and healsomeone and get XP for it like you do in a battle or skirmish can anyone tell me if this will ever be added or is it just a bad idea?

If you mean XP for healing wounds -- no, the developers are pretty set against that, even if it's the thing I enjoy most about being a doc. I pretty much heal anyone I can as I run around, just to do it. And that leads to the occasional nice bit of interaction or even RP.
If you mean XP for healing -- well, by the time someone gets to a med center, their health is usually OK, so really the only way to heal someone is if you're in a fight, and then your XP is based just on what gets killed. I don't recall getting healing XP for the few occasions I've done it for someone where we weren't involved in combat at that time, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

Hi yes sorry i did mean XP its a shame about that fact you dont get XP for healing out side of battles but i do see your point oh well never mind will just have to do it the normal way and go out hunting lol
