There is something a little out of place with the mitigation percentages with the Doc profession.

For some reason, at master we get:


40% movement mitigation

40% rate of fire mitigation

but only

30% accuracy mitigation


If I didnt change my template so fricken much I wouldn't have noticed this, but I feel it definitely needs to be rectified.
