"The total amount of time delay between Medic wound healing has been reduced to a third of the original delay."
This is great, no more long lines for buffs!!! Unfortunately for Chefs that make Havla, sales will go down drastically.
However I think that this is great for almost everyone (except chefs). Doctors will be able to buff a person in about 30 seconds. No more long lines hooray!

So does anyone know if the increased buff speed is an intended fix or a bug?

It's in the patch notes which means its an intended fix.
Wish I had it now.

It's intended. It's part of the new dev philosophy of making things fun.
Poor Chefs, they lose some income due to a decrease in havla sales...

No the devs finally want to make the game FUN?!??!?! How dare you use the "F-Word" !!!
My heart bleeds for the chefs, now they will have to live off their brandy, bivoli, canape.................. etc... sales

From testing out the patch on TC the time delay between ehancements hasnt changed. It is the time between healing wounds or damage from what I can see.

Hmm, off to test this myself now.
Update: Wound healing was faster, buffing was not. Looks like they were seperated. ![]()
