You will be able to add a couple of more charges or a few points of power to your ABECs with two more points. The others you can usually max out with 10. You probably won't miss the two extra points unless you are selling to the public and have very strong competition. For your own personal meds 10 or 11pts will usually get you meds just as good with a few less charges.

Those are already some really nice subcomponents you got there, specially if you keep in mind that technically the max you can getyourABECs to is c25-25p andtheACRDM's and ASDS's is to 75 power ... so don't worry about it. And as Coronula just said, in terms of subcomponents, you will only be able to benefit from being a 12pts Doc while crafting your ABECs. The rest does get cap by any 10 pointer. (Sometimes you don't even need that much actually)
One thing that I'd suggest you do do though, would be to experiment your current ABECs on the charges instead of power. The reason for that it'sbecause not onlythat's the only subcomponent where you can experiment on chargesbut alsobecause you should always keep in mind that the rate here is 1:1, meaningthat while you're experimenting you can either choose between giving your ABECs a silly+1 power or a normally more useful extra charge.

Ultimately, that's your call. But your 25 power/13 charge ABEC could be 13 power/23 charge instead. If you are currently making 900 power/20 charge enhance Ds, they would become 888 power/30 charge enhance Ds with the different ABECs.
Yes, power should get a premium, but I will take a 1.3% reduction in power for a 50% increase in charges every time.
