Ok, first things first. The CM experimentation tapes will not do anything for you unless you are a CM and then will only take effect when you are crafting CM items. If you're a doc, you want to look for medicine experimentation tapes. Secondly, putting 2 +1 tapes in the same piece of clothing is a mistake. Only one will take effect. You have to put each experimentation tape in a different item of clothing (same goes for the assembly tapes, and any other tapes). You can put one experminetation tape and one assembly tape in each piece and that will work fine. Thirdly, getting a total of +4 to experimentation will help a little bit in getting better experimentation rolls, but you need +10 to gain the first extra experimentation point and +20 to gain both extra points.

No. You can only have one of the same CA's on any item.
With what you have it would be.
