Hi all,
just wanted to get the pulse out there. does anyone even craft these buff packs... or are they pretty much useless to docs? thanks for your input in advance.

Buff Pack crafting is big business for doctors, however nobody crafts anything except D packs unless they're doing something odd/out of the norm.

Besides, from Bs onward, you need Avian, and I wouldn't waste that in a low-powered pack. If they made Bs and Cs take just creature food or something, they might be worth using and people could get away with weak self-buffs when you're not going after something nasty.

i agree with all of you.. thats why i think our ehance pack a to d is pretty much worthless. it would be cool if we could actually mess with specific state resists. as a doctor i think we should be able to enhance our state resistance. for example, instead of ehance a to d give us the ability to resist stun, blindness, intimidation, and dizzy. think that would be unreasonable?

Um, saying "enhance pack a to d" covers all of them. Are you saying they're all worthless? I agree that in the current state of the game, enhance packs a, b and c are nearly worthless.

You could craft some of the lower buff packs using poor quality Avian, Gas, and sub comps in order to give cheap buffs to Entertainers. I have posted a thread in their forums asking what exactly they need for buffs and what power. I plan on sitting down and using my "trash" quality resources to kick out and Entertainer Pack that I will carry with me so I can cheaply buff them without having to charge too much and not break up my quality buff packs.

Stun resist is BE clothing territory.
Dizzy is chef territory. (Thakatillo)
Not sure about blind, but I know intimidate +def is a C or A attachment domain, whichever, and meant to be rare.
/thinks about the state of her inventory with more resist-type buffs

X, who needs way more toolbar slots

I actually have a crate of each Enhance A pack. They hit for about 650 points for 45 minutes. I find them great for when I need to just head out into the wild for a short time. Plus these don't need Avian Meat or Reactive Gas.
