Thread: Resource overall quality question
I see anywhere from 2 - 8 resource stats:
Example:
Fiberplast
Decay Resistance: 133
Malleability: 955
Overall quality: 248
SHock Resistance: 208
Unit Toughness: 562
This is just an example of the stats for this product. Is there a formula avaiable out there that I can use to compare same resources?
Thanks!!

Maybe I need another cup of coffee but I don't understand your question. Taking it at face value, the formula for comparing the same resource [ie fiberplast] is a simple comparison. If fiberplast #1 has Overall Quality=892 and fiberplast #2 has Overall Quality=922 then #2 beats #1 by 30 points.
Another cut at what you may mean. The item you're crafting tells which resource attribute affects what item attribute and with what weighting. I.E. effectiveness might be affected by Overall Quality with a weight of 66%. In that case you compareresources with a weighted sum of the relevant resource attributes.
Could you restate the question?
Look at the schematic. say for effectiveness on a stim a it is 66% OQ and 33% PE.
So you have 4 resourses.
inorg A inorg B org A org B
Inorg A has OQ 900 pe 0 inrg b has 300 OQ 900 PE. which is better?
InorgA gets 900*66% = 554
inorg b gets 300 * 66% = 198 900*33% = 297 198 + 297 = 498
same with organic matirial

This is a nice compairison tool for 1 to 1 resource checks. After you do this a few times, you'l get the hang of it.
