If not what skill trees in the Doctor line should be followed to allow a person to use/create stat buff packs?

no. might as well go MD they take 75ish med use for the good ones and i think wound speed... not sure though

Okay thanks everyone. Sounds like I'm going to shoot for Master TKA and Master Doc then.
