Yes, Bivoli will stack on top of clothing and your droid. However, the duration of buffs are fixed values. There is no way to increase the duration using clothing or droids. Duration depends 100% on the decay resistance values of your meat and gas.

Or is it just the the crappy Avian and Gas I am using?

What is a resonable range to pay for crates of Bivoli? I am see prices of like 200k per crate for this stuff. How the hell can a Doctor be making any money at 10-12k per set of buffs at those costs?
