Thread: Using janta on buffs...getting error

I'm trying to produce some enhance D's using janta blood for the first time, and yes, I know they are supposed to be equivalent to BEC's.
However, I cant drag the janta blood to the ABEC slot when I'm trying to craft the buff... I get an error message, and I noticed that the janta blood is even filtered out from my inventory.
What am I missing here ? It must be something really basic 
Tks for your help, I tried to find the answer to my question on the Doc FAQ but had no success...

Well I have several bottles that were dropped from the same guy at the same time... but good thinking, I assumed they had the same serial but now I'm going to check.

My friend had this issue last night with them as well, he also noticed they didnt have a serial number on them, check yours, might be a similar issue.
He was able to use them in any buff pack except a D and was able to use them in wound packs and stims.

There are currently issues with items dropping without serial numbers I think.

There is a thread on the tailor forum about this, it seems that the items get a serial number on the next server reset. You may want to stick to them.

I just tried to usethe Janta blood and it worked 
All bottles have serial numbers as of now, but can't say if that was the case last night. Anyway, thanks for the heads up about the bug !

Yeah I had the same problem with receiving janta blood with no serial numbers. However, in my case the server reset did fix the problem. The next day I woke to find my jars of janta blood had had serial numbers attached to them. YAY!!!
