Can i mix my avain meats when making a buff , 5 of this one, 5 of thatone, etc
to cover all the OQ, PE, DR's with 900+ers?

No, when you use a resource for crafting you can only use the same kind in each slot.

You can use one type of avian meat on one buff pack. You can't mix and match ingredients on a single pack, ie. 5 units of naboo avian for the OQ, 5 units of Tat avian for the PE, 5 units of Yavin avian for the DR. You're stuck with the OQ, PE, and DR of one type of avian, which is why one particular resource with high stats across the board (OQ, PE, and DR) will sell for 150 or more cpu.

OQ counts for 33% of the duration.
