Thread: ABECs which Schematic Number?
It also seems to shift.. They may have introduced some shifting to discourage macros.. Sometimes I would log in and it would be like 9 and other times 13 or something like that..
NOT that I EVER used a macro to grind the crafting.. ::Shifty::

I think its shifting based on the fact you are getting more schematics in the datapad. You guys think you have problems, try macro grinding medic at the same time as weaponsmith and using a generic/weapon/droid tool. I had 82 schematics and the StimpA was number 67. Yes I know better now....

You actually don't count down..you count from left to right. Start with 0 not 1 like the other poster said. Also, just count the ones with a certain tool i.e., Generic Crafting Tool Kit
Everything you said was exactly the same as "the other poster", yet you quote him as saying differently... /ponder

I have this macro:
/ui action toolbarSlot00;
/selectDraftSchematic 01;
(I may not have thesyntax of the macro exactly right. If I've made a mistake, somebody please correct me)
With a crafting machine in slot 00, I run this and see what schematic it brings up. If it's not the right one I edit the macro, change the schematic number, and try it again. Keep trying until you find it.
Actually its very easy to find it. I believe your syntax is right... make sure you use a generic crafting tool so that you dont accidentally trigger additional schematics if you happen to continue crafting at a later time and happen to be near a food station.
Anyhow.........you will see that ABECs is one of the first ten schematics (counting from left to right) if you use CTRC+D -/Schematics which means the schematic number will be one of the first ones.
Open your generic crafting tool, on the chat bar type /selectDraftSchematic 01 and see what you get, if its not what you need, hit back, CTRL+ArrowUp to bring back what you last typed and change the 01 to 02...repeat that until you find the schematic you need... should be between 3 and 8 i believe if you use the generic crafting tool since you'll have less schemtics available to choose from and its normally one of the first ones.
This works for anything you craft, for example in DE i needed number 270...way way up there. Find the schematic your looking for then test to see what you get when you enter a number.. find it in your schematic library and from there either increase or decrease your number depending on where the item that your looking for is. Good luck.
