What is the difference between a Med Assembly Tape and a Med Experimentation Tape?


I'm under the impression that it's the Exp tapes that you need to become a 12 point doc.

Can someone clarify this for me?

It is the experimentation tapes that you need if you want to be a 12 point doc. The assembly tapes increase your chances of success on the initial assembly of your meds (right after you put all the ingredients and components in).

Where can one get these tapes?



Darkfas - Kauri Server - 0/4/4/0 Ranger, 3/0/2/4 BH, 0/4/0/0 CH
TDT - Kauri Server - Master Armorsmith, Master Doc
Fesrir Lightstar - Pikeman / Smuggler

They are usually looted off random NPC's, debris, chests, magseal containers or whatever else you canfind stuff inside. I once found a +3 med assembly tape in a treasure chest from doing a treasure map mission.
