I have made terrible packs from Good avian that has low DR (100) But the reactive gas DR and the Avian DR, is it added together to determine duration? Do any of you have an example of how good the resources have to be to get 3 hrs packs that have a power of around 850? Yes it is added together. Just from guesstimation, but if you get a combined decay resistance value of around1200 or more, then your duration should be 3 hours.

DR and OQ are both factors in buff duration... (dr 60%, oq 40% on the schematic)

Using 2 resources with a combined total DR of ~675 (with oq 950+), packs come out with 2.5 hour (9k second) duration. (packs with durations this low are difficult to experiment -- once duration is capped, it seems to become more difficult to get good rolls...)

Using 2 resources with a combined total DR of ~1800 (with oq 950+), packs come out with 3 hour 33 minute (12.8k second) duration.

I sell a lot of packs using a meat with a DR of 7...

Bee-bop they are buying it because that is all we have available on WH. Heebo has always been my source of buff packs, his vendors now have notes saying he is OUT of avian meat because of our crappy spawns.
