Any one no if healing range tapes aid doctors or is that a CM thing?

Hmmm I thought any kind of range healing was a CM thing.

Yea I thought so but since there is a range on how far doctor's have to be to heal thought it might help as well not sure just curious if anyone has a definite answer.
