well cpu varies

good herb meat (IMO) has an OQ > 850 and a PE > 400, really good has OQ > 925 and PE > 600

herb meat on my server goes from 10 cpu to 30 cpu

avian meat is another question....

there are 3 kinds of avian meat for docs

power avian OQ > 900, PE > 900 - 50-100cpu

duration avian OQ > 900, DR > 900 - 50-100cpu

super avian OQ, PE, and DR > 900 - 100+ cpu

keep in mind this varies for servers and doesnt have to strictly follow these guidelines.

Avian becomes "great" in my mind when it hits 2*OQ + PE + DR > 3600. The exception is the very high OQ and PE avian with a very low DR. This will still sell for pure power buffs. Say OQ + PE > 1900 for these. On Scylla, good avian might go for 250 cpu in shift. Average avian meat is essentially worthless. The value of an avian spawn drops dramatically as it falls out of the good range.

Herbivore meat becomes "great" with 2*OQ + PE > 2400.Excellent herbivore can go for 50 cpu in shift. Unlike herbivore meat, the value drops off much more slowly. Even average herbivore meat retains some value for use in Stimpacks and other meds.
