I know Jedi Master Healers can cure a smugglers Fiegn death, but I heard a rumor that novice doctors also can do this. I dont really think its true but we've had some problems with some friends of mine getting griefed by people with FD so the off chance that its true would be a great help. Can someone confirm that it is a false rumor (crosses fingers)?

Not to my knowledge, but I haven't really tested it. But there really isn't anything Docs have that could cure FD.

False rumor. Only the posture change up shoot (afair the name is StartleShoot2) from Rifleman can clear FD, but it is bugged. So Master Healer is the only Profession can do that. But it would be nice if Doctors should do the same. Also some Stateheal commands like /healallstates would be handy at Master Doctor.

You can also do it at xx4x healer, with 'healallstates' otherwise as cen said theres 'totalhealother' at master healer

WookieRoar at one point could break FD but not sure if that still works. The Jedi state heal does work. As far as doctors go...since when did we get a "Feign Death" statepack? Remember, you can't cure a stun state with a dizzy statepack or no statepack.

I've heard that the devs intended there to be a counter to FD in non-Jedi professions, but it's broken. And with the changes to the TEF system (it's removal), Jedi won't be able to cure FD either. So the "ability" will be further mis-used. If it weren't one of the few abilities smugglers have for battle, I would say throw it out all together. It only makes sense for creatures, anyway, and would only work if you have a medic who can /dragcoprse along with you. And unfortunately, medics are rare in the wild these days....
