There are a lot of threads floating around stating these. But:
ABEC: 25 charges / 30 power (you cant get both to max due to limited experimentation points)
ACRDM: 75 power (in theory, in reality you can get a max of 72 due to a PE cap of 700 on herbivore meat)
ASDS: 75 power
ALS: 200 power

Good stats are:
ABEC: 21 charges / 14 power and above (people usually go for the charges when experimenting)
ACRDM: 66 power and above
ASDS: 71 power and above
ALS: 180 power and above

Best ABEC i made is 16/24 and 25/15's. Need 2-3 amazings with 2 points spent each time. Usually takes me 20 minutes to do that for 2 separate runs and wasted about 200-300 of each resource to get it. But its nice for the extra charge on 1000 items..really pays off in the long run.
