One that i used fairly successfully is:
/melee2hHeadHit3;
/melee2hHeadHit3;
/melee2hHeadHit3;
/deathblow;
/revive;
/macro deathblow
/melee2hHeadHit3;
/melee2hHeadHit3;
/deathblow;
/revive;
/macro deathblow
running a seperate macro to keep dueling
/duel;
/pause 1;
/macro duel;
/pause 1;
/macro duel;
takes less then 10 mins to cap.

But does anyone have a macro to talk to paemos and convert? It seems kinda silly to try without that, I did the macro once atk and maxed xp in less than 2 min!! I mean, once the point of getting accused of exploiting at the village without the personal satisfaction of knowing you were also afk?

You can only do the conversion halfway 
. I've tried everything and there just isnt any commands to completly macro the conversion.
