How about to pacify the cries that area poisons and diseases are too strong we allow the creation of an AREA cure, but only available to a master CM that is ALSO a doctor (advwound trt speedis fine by me but that can be decided on with the infinite wisdom of the devs)
What I hate the most about balance issues is when the devs take away from an exisiting profession rather than adding in content that would address some of the SLIGHT imbalances.I agree that CM can be raid busters, but smart tactics and doctors can counter this effectively. People just dont want to be dancers in pvp, that is why we see so many BH cry like children about mind poison and disease. Get a balanced team in your pvp and you will be unstoppable

That is still a nerf to combat medic.

The suggestion was you have to be both a Combat Medic and a Doctor.. how is that a nerf to plain CM?
If anything one of the more recent sane suggestions about expanding game content proposed exactly this; the hybrid of advanced professions provided yet more subtle and powerful interaction.
