Got novice doctor recently. Picked up knowledge 1 and crafting 1.I see that I have med use at 60 and my newly created enhancement packs need 55 to use. Still cant use em on myself or others. Am I doing something wrong on this? Thanks in advance for feedback.

Check out the FAQ.
The short of it is that you also need the /healenhance skill to use an enhancement pack. It's acquired at Wound Treatment 2.
