Is it true that in 9.4 there will be a 3 second delay for cures??? This is horrible as when fighitng large groups its important to be able to heal all members. I can see why if its the area cures but not for stuff like heal state

The 3-second delay is because the times that USED to be on healing were broken when the minimum throw timer was introduced to CM /applypoison and /applydisease.

It's simply putting it back to where it used to be...

The minimum heal timer is to counter the minimum CM throw timer. There used to be a minimum heal timer of 1s with Havla, but with AoE curing that isn't balanced. It's being fixed. If you can't fight with a 3-second cap (1s lower than 4s, which is Master speed anyway), then you need to re-evaluate your Healing abilities.

Besides, we only heal single players. If you need to heal a group, that's what the CM is for.

Maybe one day they'll fix it so a person can't spam the same state on a person just like you can't spam a KD on a person anymore.

"Intimidate" spam and "Dizzy" spam sure as hell get real old.

Read my mind i was gonna be 3000 DOC but I might just pick Fencer/Rfile instead and let the the Defense Stack Do the Work since I can Be hit w/9 states every 3 seconds fighting 3 vs 1 which is my common plight because i normally PVP alone until people join me in my wondering.4030 doc master rifle 0040 Pistol novice Brawler.

So for a Week Havle willStill work the speed cap goes into effect in +- a WEEK?
