Your Advanced Biological Effect Controlers should be at least:

Your Advanced Liquid Suspensions should be at least:

Your Advanced Solid Delivery Shell should be at least:

Your Advanced Chemical Release Duration Mechanisms should be atleast:

This is primarily for making my buff packs, but everythig but the LS should be the same for everything.

As you wrote 'at least', try to aim for better but these will do if your avian and gas are 900+

The maximum values for those subcomponents are

ABEC-25/30(charges/power)

ACRDM-75

ASDS-75

ALS-200

That should give you a frame of reference to work with, although its far more beneficicial to shoot for the best gas and avien you could find rather than have the highest quality subcomponents for you enhance packs, if it were to come down to which rescources to empty your pockets on.
