If i got +25 pants and +25 shirt will this make any difference when I heal ??

I know it won't when buffing im just asking for when I heal...

the answer is no, the cap for be clothing additions is 125, you can get an additional 25 from bivoli for a max of 150.

I believe he's wondering if the clothing stacks if one is not a Master Doctor.

Regardless of the amount of BE clothes worn the amount will never exceed +25, whether your Master Doctor or not.
