I'd like to know if anyone knows the ham regeneration equation, to save me the time of testing it myself.
Got tired of waiting. I did the calculations... results are in my second post... or will be in a sec.

Nothing specific that I know of, but it would be interesting to see a test with some cold, hard numbers.

Ok, I have four different regeneration stats which I used. I used one of them whilekneeling, standing, and sitting, two of them whilesitting and standing, and one while only standing. Here's the data.
Each set of data was the time it took to regenerate from 300-500 ham, depending on how fast it went. I then divided by 3-5 to make it regeneration time for 100 ham.
Stam/Con/Wil Standing Kneeling Sitting
400 41 sec 33 sec 23 sec
2496 6.5 sec 3.25 sec
1100 15.5 sec8.5 sec
1522 11 sec
Ok, I didn't do the kneeling and sitting rates for all of them because I didn't really care about those, and the ones I did proved (sufficiently to me) that it's a steady ratio. I averaged all the regeneration rates and found that roughly .006 ham is regenerated for each secondary point. That is, if X is either stamina, constitution or willpower, then your ham regenerated per second can be shown by this equation:
HAM/sec = X * 0.006
It's not exact, but close enough for me. Also, it appears that you regenerate twice as fast while sitting, and 1.5 times as fast while kneeling. I don't care at all about prone, because I'm melee, but I think it's about the same as standing (by past experience). That's it.
