I thought about posting this in the discussion forum and this may have been brought up before. Oh and I blame this on TC's old Doc Obu who would never take a credit even if I offered.

Medical Insurance

Is it possible that the devs could implementa purchase a medical insurance card (at the cloning center) for say 1k or more, that would PAY the healer on a per heal or per point basis...say 1 cr per 50 or 100 points. I'm not into healing but I would buy a 5k card if it was possible. The problem I see is most master doc's need some incentive to help out the combat types. Would this be something medics and doctors would like to see?

Med Center? Wow, i havent seen one of those in forever. When I hit Master Doc (you can thank all those ungrateful little turds) I havent sat in a med center at all. I dont care too. The closest i get to one, if ill walk in the door and buff myself, or a friend if we are in town.. but i never go downt he corridor to the main room anymore.. haha.. if i had been paid.. i would still go in. Oh.. btw.. someone in a remote location asked me for a heal, and i said sure, but you have to come to my house, he said ok.. after it was done he asked me for some buffs.. i gave him a full set since it was on my last charge and i was making a new batch anyhow, after it was all done, he tipped me 40k... so now. from one healing session at my house, in 5 minutes, i made more than i ever did the entire time i was sitting in the med center through medic and doctor.. figures..

Neat idea.. we thought about it and discussed it like a month ago. I still hope they put it in tho.

You also have to remember that while you were a new player in the med center, with few creds.... so were many of the patients. Now that people are leveled, and making big creds, there is a profit to be made in a med center. I head to the med center in Theed, and come away with 50k or more from 15 minutes of work. Granted a lot comes from buffing, but if you happen to be near a pvp battle and can heal a full bar of wounds from OnFire! in one try, people tip well
