Well i'm new to the Master Doctor Sceen, just go there last week and i gotta say, I LOVE IT!!!! One question though that's been plageing me, i finally got my factory, got enhance D's got everythign i could ever want as a Doc, EXCEPT TUBERS!!!! I have tried every different kind of organic i can find, myself and on the Bazaar, maybe i'm looking at the wrong things, but WHAT EXACTLY COUNTS AS TUBERS?

As for what counts as a tuber, it is a specific resource called tubers. Might not see them on the bazzar as few things call specifically for tubers outside of doctor stuff. I harvest my own (and there were some pretty good tubers a while back on Naboo.Lowca).

Get a friend with a survey tool to hand sample ya a few just so you know what they look like.

As Wynlyndd said, they are a specific resource, and as far as I know the *only* schematics to use them are Wound Medpack D's. If you can find some Tubers and have a spare harvester grab yourself a few thousand of them. Otherwise, just use wound medpak D's - if you make a Wound Medpak D with Advanced Components, it's gonna do massive heals anyhow - E's are generally overkill. The one advantage of making E's is you can use good quality normal components (which you can make with a lot more differnt types of resources than you can the advanced ones) and still get massive heals, and lots of charges. So I make D's most of the time, or E's if I happen to have the right resources anyhow.

If you are on Scylla, I could hook you up with some tubers. I found a spawn of them, with good stats, and harvested like 8 thousand of them in a day or two.

BTW, whoever knew that POTATOES make the best medicine? Lol - only in SWG. . .

I believe Stimpack D's also use tubers while Stimpack Es use berries.

Like the others have already said (just looking for a reason to post on this one other than to say Congrats), tubers are.....tubers. When you pull out your floral survey device, there is just the "tubers" listing.

Tuber's aren't required to make Stim Ds. I believe any organic will do, plus the usual components.

Wound D's require 'seeds'

The higher a level of a given medicine, the more stratified the ingredients become. Tubers are always planet specific, so in the unlikely event one planet doesn't have any, odds are the next planet you look at will.

if memory serves only your woundpack E's require tubers and polymer
