Thread: How do enhances stack or overwrite?
Before the recent fix, i was able to stack someenhances as long as they were different packs. It wasn't predictable and I'm not sure why some would work and others not.. at one time i had enhance afriend into the 6k+ range with mutliple D's stacking, 2 or3 on top of one another.
But now it's fixed.
What I *really* wish they would fix is buffs sticking when you log out or go LD..
Not onlyis it a real drag tolose enhances and be locked out of fresh ones over this issue, but having played other online rpgs whereone could get fresh buffs before they logged off and know that when they came back to play they buffs would still be fresh, that's a nice convenience!
People will appreciate enhances a lot more when they are truly FIXED.

if someone is enhanced you can't enhance them until the enhancement is gone in one of the following ways:
- duration expires
- the person dies
- the person logs of for sufficiant time
that's why you should always ask before enhancing
Pretty sure it does not get overwritten. Unfortunately...
We have had a lot of complaints about "griefing", buffing your opponents for about 100 just when they exit the cloning facility. Which can only be removed upon death.
Like i said in my previous post in this thread, it was (is? did someone say it's un-fixed again? 'cause i haven't been able to make it happen since the last patch..) something of an exploit where you could (un-predictably and randomly) sometimes use multiple packs to stack on one another.
I found that using mutiple D packs with different serial numbers would sometimes stack. If i carried 4 or 5 each of the packs (this is a lot of inventory eaten up..) and click on all of them, sometimes 2 or 3 would stack on one another.. thus raising some stats into the 6000+ range. (Well, this was my own experience, some people may have gotten more or less..)
With this exploit you could effectively make a player the main tank again.. what a concept.. now if we could get some E packs that would enhance players to a similar degree without it being a bug/exploit, we could see some balancing happen - instead of everyone running around behind a graul mauler, we could have combatant players taking damage and doctors heaing players instead of pets.
Sorry about the rant.
I really think the stacking enhancements bug is fixed now. Not swearing by that, but I haven't seen one happen in the past few days enhancements, and I always click mutliple packs to try.
