I am just getting into the Stim business. I need input on what materials I should use to craft high quality STIM B's and C's. What is the best "type" of resource to use for these items?

It's "best" to used advanced components, but if you odn't have access to make those yet, just use anythign with high PE/OQ and run expermintation on them

yep, and if you use those, ABE's that type of thing, then you have to use specific components to make those anyway, in the final crafting process I would reccommend just using materials with the highest OQ/PE you can find
