Why is it that a bio engineer can make pet stims that anyone can use with no medical usage. It doesnt matter what level stim packs they make anyone with no med skills can use them/. But you have to have med skills and certain abality to use any level of stims that medics or doctors make.

the whole point of pet stims was to make it so those without medical ability could still use pets. they take forever to heal otherwise.
