Hello 
I tested applying buffs with mind stats buffed, and it seems that I do a lot more consistent high buffs while "drugged" With 850ish efficiency D's I buffed all stats on 2 persons between 1.8K and 2.8K, none of those embarrassing 900ish buffs...
Has anyone else noticed this ? Or is this just my imagination ?
