Whats important on class 4liqued fuel, dolovite iron,talusian water and tat fiber?

What stats should i look for?

on class 4 OQ and PE.

Dolovite and Tat fiberit's OQ and UT

Talusian water it's OQ

simple quality scale is based on OQ + secondry/2 from 1 to 1500. if you devide by 1.5 you get a scale from 1 to 1000 of the stats which gives you the actual quality.

liquid 4 = OQ + PE/2 (usually it's rare so you don't have much of a choice)

dolovite iron = OQ since it only give power

Talusian water = OQ since it only give power

tatooine fiberplast = OQ + UT/2 for more uses only OQ for more power

lokian wild wheat = OQ+PE/2 where higher importance on OQ for extra uses

any other organic = OQ+PE/2

any inorganic = OQ + UT/2 or only OQ for power

avian meat = OQ +PE/2 for power
for duration out of 1000 (OQ*4+ DR*6) /10

reactive gas = OQ for power duration same as avian meat

there are exceptions on organic structural and inorganic radioactive and fuels where stuff is reversed but i'm not sure if it works i need to try it.

Actually, Unit Toughness has no bearing on Dolovite Iron (unless you're using it as a generic inorganic). If you're using for an Advanced Solid Delivery Shell, you need only worry about OQ.
