Yes you can respec your jedi boxes, but only jedi boxes for jedi boxes.

If I remember correctly it goes something like this

Novice Jedi boxes = 1 pnt

1st tier jedi boxes = 2 pnts

2nd tier jedi boxes = 3 pnts

3rd tier jedi boxes = 4 pnts

4th tier jedi boxes =5 pnts

master jedi box = 6 points

So if you use your token respec and cash in jedi skill boxes you will have x amount of respec points to use for rebuilding your template.

Hope this helps, remember if you do something wrong you can cancell and it will still save your token respec.
