You've been playing for just about as long as I have....You offer a lot of the medical community, and you have a very good understanding of what is, and is not. But you know as well as me, that you can not force people to be social...regardless what the concept is for any profession for any game. The social aspect of this game went away the second we were aloud to remain AFK via ingame Macro's. This is true, eventhough so many people ask for the social aspects to return (me being one of them) I always wonder if people would actually become social. Most people are used to the game being non social, some people even complain about having to go to other players for things. /shrug


Sure that statement is gonna make people cry, but honestly I don't really care. When this game came out there was no AFK, people didn't know how to do it....You could goto a cantina, medcenter, starport for those lovely 10m waits and actually communicate with people.(memories! unless you got stuck in an empty city...that sucked)The only AFK this game knew about was when people stepped away for a 9:59 min smoke break waiting for a star ship.


If there is anything hurting this game, it's not the Patches, CL, Agro or the CU, it's not anything people constantly cry about in any of these forums. The one thing that has and will continue to hurt this game is the fact that you can do it AFK. I have nothing against macro's; I use them religiously, but the fact is I am SOOO glad the Devs did what they did to the healing professions, and I can only hope they continue move forward the same way for all the professions. Because that is the only real Top Issue I have for any day of any Month. I agree with you on that. AFK gameplay has hurt the game the most. I used macros as well, I dont really use them as much now but I wish they wouldve done something to macros rather change our profession.

Med Xp now traded in at the villagefor FS Senses Xp (along with Combat xp strangely enough) isat 30-1 instead of 10-1. As ofpublish 21. It was /bug'd in the TC and known about before launch, but they let it through (along with other known issues from the TC). As it's not in the Publish notes I have to assume this is a bug and not working as intended (man it's going to be hard for others to FS Sense grind if it is working "right" now).



Should I be sneaky enough, wise enough, lucky enough... or honestly just dumb enough, to win an auction.

Im wondering if they have considered that the doc buffs of 38 minutes its not long enough. a rise to 3 hours would make them worthwhile using

Squad Leader buffs provide noticeable benefits for 30 minutes and beyond. I think our buffs need some adjusting.
