that's a weird theory, i'm gonna have to see if i have something i can test that with... not sure if i do or not.

I've done some research and experiment with 2 ca and 2 aa partly from bazar, partly from my own collection. Results:


Setup #1: Trying to unlock Combat Med Use +2 in a "Creature Taming +3 Combat Medicine Use +2 CA with a Combat Medicine Use +1 CA inserted into paramilitary camos previously. Result: First the cm use +1 sticked, then creature taming +3, not cm use +2.


Setup #2: Trying to unlock Def vs KD +2 in a "2h Melee Evasion +3 Def vs KD +2" AA with a Def vs KD +1 AA inserted into comp armor right bicep previously. Result: First the Dev vs kd +1 sticked, then 2h melee evasion +3, not def vs kd +2.



In light of these recent experiments, I'd like to see a screenshot proving your AA/CA managed to stick =) Not that I'm sceptical, but I couldn't make them work...

i can post a screenshot tomorrow.. though it is of the finished belt of course.. you will have to take my word for what the initial AA had on it.. as i just posted though, you may have to have all slots taken to ensure that the SEA you do not want will not stick...

it should have stuck as i wrote earlier..the only thing i would try is to fill the other sockets with what you want to have as bonues and then force the AA to stick.. sorry it did not work for you.. in all honesty it should have. i never had that happen.. did you go the thread? if not do so and read #10 (i believe) it outlines what i have been talking about.

Hmm, #10 in that topic describes that if multiple skillmods are on a sea, first you have to 'block' the highest, then the second highest with a sea of similar or higher modifier; am I not right? Later on today I'll do as you said and experiment around a bit with small ca's added as the last two sockets, perhaps it'll work. Btw thanks for the advices, goldflame

well at this point all i can add is to block the other sockets.. use an AA or CA that you know you will want to build on.. and use a +1 of the Med exp.. this is what i did with an Ubese shirt to get a +7 dev cs dizzy to stick..

seems only method is to get a +25berserk ca or an article of clothing which already has +25 berserk in it

To release this med exp mod you must first place a +25 Beserk CA into a item of clothing with at least 2 sockets then drop in this infuriating little tape. That is the only way.
