im an average master doc, and for some reason my buffs have hit higher and better on average using standard chem release and no advanced chems. i wont sell mine for much, 5k a set but get between 850 and 2700 on them. it just depends on how much i bad mouth the game on any given day. oh my packs are usually 650/10280 and i have 34 clothes

I hit 3300 on the dot last night ona buff. Best I've ever done. The funny thing was that on the next person (which happened to be myself), I hit 3296. 
And just last night I made a pack with about 980 effectiveness using Janta Blood - haven't tried it yet, but it should be fun.

Nice set I got the other day was.
3144 Health
3248 Action
2341 Con
3233 Stam
3226 Qui
3300 Str
Those were using 899pwr str and health and my other 4 were 901 with 3.3 hour timers. Tried putting up a SS of it but imagedump dosent seem to be working atm.
