afraid i have to agree with NOT helping the guy in acklay's room. If it was a noob, well dying is a good lesson that i learned from alot and it teaches them NOT to go through the geo cave. If it was a jedi... really 10k for a rez there? that is insulting though i might reply back with '250k and its a deal'. If he agreed to that sure i'd rez him but otherwise it sucks for him and HE can learn from his mistake too. (oh and btw before you put your 'has never healed anyones disease' i dont wear my MD tag and yet if someone has a disease, is about to be incapped from fire (from a duel or such), is dead (i see a blue or purple dot being chased by red dots, the blue/purple dot dissapears, i go and see if i cant rez the guy).

LOL tat's one scary place to be only offered 10k to rez. I was asked to rez once, had to dump everything and go all the way to Endor to rez a Jedi (friend of a friend). Of course when I got there it was too late already, Not only was he in the woods but I was on Dathomir. How many shuttle stops was that? and at the time it was still a 10mins wait. Not only did I not get paid (I didn't even ask for it,I assumed he wasn't that, shall we say 'dumb' or 'blur')cos i "failed" to rez him (not a fault of mine) but I got incapped and slained by the stupid things that killed him. No compensation or any apologies

slownstoopid thats a litlte uncalled for. We're discussing our profession and if u dont like get, get the heckout. this is for docs, those of us who care, and want to help felow docs out.

Worst ever doc moment, was 2 critical fails on some Janta buffs

I am talking about the people flaming this post. I am talking about the people complaining about Docs letting off steam in their own forums. There would be a lot less crapon the forums if people would read and comprehend first before flying into some self-righteous rhetoric after skimming through.

ejic really just direct yourself to your first reply and stop adding things to your story. "some guy" becomes "some-guy-you-know-from-a-guild-you-know. no need to mold your story into something you can feel more comfortable with. as you stated, a guy made a request and you promptly added to your ignore list. dont change your story now, theres reallyno need for that. it was clear the first time around -you hate for ppl to *ask* for you anything. its understandable, thats how some of us are. some of us automatically /addignore the spammers, others do that with ppl who ask for moneyso i guess its a safe betto say there would be those who just /addignore whenever.

Smile! Peace begins with a smile As for this thread, I love being a doctor. It's my main profession. Certain things I do agree with every doctor, we hate those annoying random tells everytime we log on in a public place asking for buffs. The main reason I became a doctor wasto buff myself, with the cure states and super heals, It's makes up for whatever defenses I would gain say if I went stacker or something..
On my server, alot of jedi count on me being their res person if they need it out grinding. I've been paid from 10k-500k for res's from Jedi. but in acklay.. 10k for -200k xp? Hmm.. Offer a little more bud because I'm not risking my neck either for a measely 10k if you don't want to lose that 200k of Jedi xp. 
That's what I think. Of course if that part of the cave was cleared for a bit, I wouldn't mind.. But it all depends on the circumstances and my mood
