im felling this to im sword/doc an it gets bad sometimes .
im thinking its a speed problem combine with stacking moves
like if i do a area attack then heal an another area
it will skip the heal an jump to next attack same for warcry
an intim it jus drops them off an skips to next move not even using them.
but this only happens when i stack moves an i dont use macros
so im in the dark on that one. anyone els have same problem?

Yes, I've noticed recent delays too. I hope someone up the chain of command can look in to this.
This is the first time I've used these boards and I was specifically looking for this problem so thanks for confirming that it's not just me.

Dakkyyrr - not really any change - I timed it and it is the same. It is just perception. Now that heals show up in the combat queue if you have stuff queued up before the heals it will make it feel slower.

The only delay I've noticed is bases on the weapon I'm holding.
With my knucklers my heals come pretty quick.
With my cdef carbine my heals are about as slow as molasis down the side of a freezer.
Have you started using a new weapon lately? If so, check the speed on it vs your previous weapon. Could be the difference.

i think you might be right. but the delay is there even without haveing used a spechial.
i.e. the game considers the heal, when in combat, just as thoguh you are swithching a weapon.
once again ill say, that like with weapons, when not in combat it comes faster....

I understand tha somepeople do not notice the difference but if weapon speed is the factor I still think this is an issue that needs to be looked at. And like some bugs it might not be everyone that is effected. But whats interesting is the heals that are do not show up in the combate queue. A rez does not show up in the combat queue and seems faster to me and when i healdamage to myself or others.

No difference for me. The heals show up in the combat queue, but happen at the same time they always have. Just easier to see if I need to clear the queue and do a heal or just wait for the queued moves to clear on their own.

Just a short note to say, that yes I have noticed a delay..I really noticed it in a fight some of myguild was having with other players...I was not able to heal in time and was also not able to deliver poison and disease heals in time also..It is very hindering and feel almost useless in certain situations...It needs to be addressed and fixed...
