Um.... lol... the problem in the DR equation was my own typo... I'd found another way around it that got the results close to what they should be, but today I went back through it again and changed a + to a * and all the numbers come up exact. So the DR equation in the link I posted is correct, sorry.

City crafting bonuses and FS crafting bonuses do not stack, you get one or the other not both. This is clearly stated in the jedi skill tree.

I was looking at the new Avian on Naboo earlier this week, though the OQ is 11 points higher then mine the PE is over 100 points lower and that would ruin the buffs. The DR is about the same so I think the one i still got is better.

When you made the 947, do you remember what materials you used and what the stats were on them roughly, like the avian and reactive gas. Also were you using +20 medical experimenting to get the extra +2 when making them.

yeah ... I had 75 asds', 71 acrdms ... don't remember my abecs .... i think they were half power and half charges though the avian was816/925/998 dr/pe/oq and the gas was one of two don't remember which one ... either 966 oq and 579 dr or 982 oq and 341 dr ... the week after i made these we had a 997 oq gas shift :/ grrrrr

I had some 2700+ buffs a week ago, you just need some janta blood

Im sure i can pull off 2700+ if I used Janta blood too, but what im trying to pull off is to making a large amount of identical packs, all being over 2700, and you certainly cant pull that off with Janta blood. I did some of the math and it seems with the Quantities I have of the materials I can atleast pull off making 130 of each Pack. Im assuming I can get atleast 27-35 charges.
So this means I'll have 130 sets of 27-35 which is 3510-4550 buffs, so ill be able to buff somewhere between 3510-4550 people before I run out, thats what im trying to pull off.

Dude with that amount of packs put em up on a vendor and sell em' its a lot less work in the long run and quicker money , to buff so many ppl with those buffs is inhuman
you will die of boredome , if you want to make cash then sell the packs... you wont use up 130 packs on public buffing trust me ....

I actually count and keep track of how many people I buff whenever i feel like doing some public bufffing. On averageI buff between 75-100 each time I do. With the current packs I have, all 6 being excatly 872 base, 27 charges and 3:20 duration, that uses about 3 to 4 sets. Keep in mind that I havnt made any buff packs in the last 8 months, these were part of my first large attempt. I made 100 sets in all being perfectly equal. That gave me 2700 people I could buff before I ran out. Right now i still have 19 of the sets left of the original 100 after 8 months, though I have sold a few sets here and there I like knowing that im set for buffs for a long period of time.
Im considering selling a few of these. If im right these should be the only mass produced 950+ buff packs ever made. I suppose the only reason im doing this or have been bothering saving materials since July 2003 is to see what the maximum limit buff can go. Well its just a little hobby of mine in game.

to get 2600 (950+) buffpacks your avian meat will need to better than 950 on both Oq and PE. and your reactive could use a bit more OQ though the DR is really nice.
ofc on Starsider, no outstanding avian has spawned in months, i am in need of a good Class 4 myself, though you seem to have the best Starsider has at the moment in aipremi, im stuck with varpi (pos class 4 ) 
gl though and lets hope a nice avian spawns that has triple 900 in stats, a sweet class 4 to spawn for once as well
