Yep.. 2 months into the game and it still needs a lot of balancing/fixing..

I can see how bleeding AT-STs doesn't make a lot of sense. But as far as people coming straight from the cloning center as soon as you kill them, remember that auto-insure is still on. When they turn it off, not too many people are going to be able to afford the kind of thing you've described.
