If you want to see a change, join in supporting docs getting medical xp for healing wounds in medical centers. Let the devs know that you want to see this changed, too.

I had been a Doc for quite a while. I didnt like the way they were making Doc when the CU first came out. My 1050+ Janta buffs converted over to the same as my 800+ power ones. Cant craft as that is what I like to do. It was nice to see just how high you could get something. Made it a challenge. Now that is gone. Most docs left. make sure you tip the ones remaining as if not many of them may also leave. Respec period is almost done.......
