quite a noticable improvement on stims (42/434) and power in buffpacks but not so much on duration yet (crap DR on highest quality avian available), but I think I'm moving in the right direction.
Vicci A'Tivo - Elder "in your face" Bounty HunterI have never seen any Herbivore with PE over 700. Nothing in the SWGCraft database nor the Tempest database has PE over 700 either. 
Some of the non-structural organics have limited ranges on some stats at either 1 to 700 or 300 to 700. Here are some of them:
Avian Meat: FL 1 - 700, PE 300 - 1000
Herbivore Meat: FL 1 - 700, PE 1 - 700
Domesticated Oats: FL 1 - 700, PE 300 - 1000
Wild Wheat: FL 300 - 1000, PE 1 - 700
The PE cap on Wild Wheat is why the ABEC can only reach 27 power and not 30. On the positive side, Avian Meat can not go below 300.
When the stats for a resource is rolled, they distributed evenly within the allowed range. Which means that the PE on Avian Meat willtend tohave higher values than the OQ due to the minimum cap.
So minimum caps will give you higher stats on average, while maximum caps will prevent you from reaching the internal 'maximum' for the formula.
Both ASDS and ACRDM have the internal formula of 10 + 65 * Experiment Percentage. (Experiment Percentage is capped at Average PE * 1/3000 + Average OQ * 2/3000).
The ABEC has 5 + 25 * Experiment Percentage on power and 5 + 20 * Experiment Percentage on charges. (Experiment Percentage for charges is Average UT * 1/3000 + Average OQ * 2/3000 instead.).
With the resources BrjLa listed above the formulas give 65 ACRDM, 62 ASDS and 21 ABEC.
BrjLa, are you sure you used Ieratau on that ASDS ? That PE is way too low to get 71. For example Oquap PE 875, OQ 959 would have given 71.

Im satisfied...would like to see the ABEC a bit higher but Im not complaining
