I hate to say it, but the trade forum is a better place to check. Each server has a very different economy. Best bet is to go on your trade forum and post something like, "Pricecheck Med Use 90 buffs" and I am sure someone will help you.

o ya and i forgot to ask can a xx4x doc use the same buffs that a master doc can?

If you are 0440 doc and use 110 med droid, +25 inj/wound treatment clothes, you will buff for 2.2 times the power of the pack.
If you are a master doc with the same equipment, you will buff for 2.475 times the power of the pack.
