Stim E's that I make with Advanced Components are 61 charge 1132 base heal and they seem to sell very well to Combat Medics and others that don't have the ability to make Stim E's themselves, considering they are only 46 med (Master Medic useable).

yes, I only use advanced components:
Adv BEC 24/13, Adv LS 163, Adv CRDM 48
My enhance D's, I get over 800 on base rate and over 10k on duration now. I consistantly enhance for around 1400-2200, sometimes as low as 900 and sometimes as high as 2800.
