Suprising but some docs who have been out of loop for a while or never got interested in how and why, or just tumlbed to master automatically choose the highest rated resources.


Use this formula - OQ * 0.5 + PE + 0.5.


That will give us a value somewhere between 0 and 1000 - the higher the better.check the shcem under power to see whats what
