one use for a bacta tank could be that it gives a bonus to the passive healing of the med center. I'm not sure if player hospitals heal your wounds like NPC med centers, but whatever percentage it is, just increase that slightly when there is a bacta tank in it. So someone could go to a med center and get a reasonable heal time, but nothing close to what a doc would heal. It wouldnt be a bonus to the doc's heals but might increase traffic to a med center that sells meds or whatever.
