The Doctor comes up diagnosis my wounds, lets me know how long it will take and what it will cost to be healed. If you play for XP what's the point of playing?

why is every one so dead set against a doctor making a living? ganted the post cu buffs could have used a serious nef (along with some wapons and armor but that's a nother thread. but as it is right now people aren't even willing to give a measly 6-7k for a buff or 5k -10k for a heal (depending on "how much" damage they have (i can't sayno one will ) but most balk as if i "owe" them the service. pre-cu thing where much diffren of course but that was then, this is now, everything is worth less, but not "worthless" some...well alot of people are venting anger, naturaly over losing millions, in conversion. but that aside are you (those of you who refuse to pay "anything" for doctor services)saying that we don't "deserve" to make a living?

one of the most beautyfull things about this game is it's diverscity.it has so many "different aspects", proffessions, there was something for all. but now any one who chooses non-com. gets tossed aside. i hear a lot of combat proffessions saying "you're not friendy " if i won't be bothered to heal or buff not all mind you but some, and that just isn't fair.we "earned our proffession, as well as you, we need suplies as well as you we're no more bots then those of you standing afk in the starposrts shouting about what you have to sell, want to buy, promoting you giuld, lfg, or spaming I NEED A HEAL, ANY DOCS? CAN I GET A BUFF? but god forbit i should ask for any "any" compadation.

If you're a runner gunner, more power to you that is quite cool, no sarcasm. but at least try to understand the points of view of the non-coms this game is losing "life" the unque part of the game that was the social and econommic aspect of the game. we could bring that back if we all just showed eachother a little respect. there will allways be bots, powergamers, and rude little children, exploiters, and hacks. that is just the human nature. but those of us that are none of them should be able to work together to make this the "live" galaxy it was before i've allways been fair and at the keyboard (every one on chimaeriawho knows me knowsthis) and i'm not the only one. i will help when i can ,,,but ... if you "contact me" to do "you" a service, i don't think it's unreasonable for me to ask a price. at wich point the choice is your. but plesase don't try to makeorexpect me to feel quity this is my "profession" i didn't choose comat madic for a reason.

of course this isn't my only proffesion but we all have our own game to play, i would no more ask a dancer to drop what he/she was doing to imspire me then i would ask and armoursmith or weaponsmith to hurry up and make me something, much less expect it for free! does the buff or heal cost me anything? yes my time and though it's not that big of a difference i still buy foods and use my droid and clothes.am i asking you to compansate me for what was lost in conversion? no i was screwed by ose not you. does that mean i'm intitled to "nothing" not imo. does that mean you souldn't try to find a free heal? that';s your choise (i would, but not for long) bottom line is we all have choices to make, you do what you think is right and i'll do what i think is right. and if you want to be mean to me because you're not getting what you want for free i know how to /addignore and if some one spam is bothering you ...do the same =)

I am a master doctor for my own selfish reasons like being able to buff myself and my friends(my guildmates). I also like being able to res ppl. I do go around and just heal ppl because i can. I will buff and wound heal for free whenever asked. I am not a master doc to make millions although i do appreciate all tips. But i never ask for tips. I go out hunting that is how i earn my credits, so i am out hunting and not healing as often. But i realize that is my choice. Hey that is just my view on things. I never became a master doc for the money because I wasn't a master doc until after the CU went live.

It is another good day to play the CU.

I don't totally disagree with you. I've wasted a ton of time on seeking a group, dealing with a bad group, leaving the group, rinse, repeat. I'm not impressed. I don't feel like I'm having fun anymore.

However, if I see a doc charging for heals in a spaceport - I start healing for free (well, I run around and do driveby heals for the first 20 minutes or so after I log in - just because). I took doc for the money - pre-CU. I admit it. Post-CU that won't work - so until I quit the game I'll try and make the best of it.
