Thread: Doctors destroying the economy
lol what really pisses me off as well s th idiots i run two characters one was grinding fecer xp on dant and th eother master doc char was sitting at dant mining outpost soi decided to sell buffs made up a macro that advertised every min and turned ot on and alt tabbed back to my grinder.
macro said price of buffs effectivness of buffs etc. if you want a buff /tell cronhour ( the name of the grider as that was the character i was playing full time) and by no means tip ny cash unless specifically asked to. If yo utip cash i will not refund any cash because of the prevelence of scamming. do not tip me. so after 2hours i've had 3 ppl /tell me and buffed them and satisfied customers then i haven't had a /tell for a while but my grinders buffs are crashing so i bring him back to the mining outpost to see 3 ppl sitting infront of my doc alt with the msg spamming giving the details to tell my grinder atc and there just saying buff me wheres my buff etc. alt tab to doc oo look i've gota mail and i've been tipped apparently although my cash reserve seems to have not changed now it may of changed and i didn't notice th edifference but when's th emessage spammming every min telling you not to tip and if you do tip there will be no refund due to scamming what do you expect? not to mention that neither of the 3 ppl /telled my grinder like th emsg said to. why are the majority of ppl completly and uterly devoid of any sense? i think doc buffs should be doe through the trae window or something there needs to be somewhy to prevent scamming in this game.
Like most of the people who answered your thread you arent hurting anything much less the economy.
Almost every Doc i have seen on bria including me charge 10k as a min , some charge 12k and i think they are all within their rights.
If some people understand how much goes into that buff , they wouldnt argue at 20 k like one person said earlier.
If you use bivoli , 1 crate of that 50 uses , costs arround 200k-400k , i have seen it priced in them ranges.
Thats not including either buying your packs or making them , i make mine and the resources are getting outragously high priced.
I would just /ignore that 12 year old giving you problems, they dont have a clue ![]()

As a strict combat class I have arranged my stats so that all my buffable stats are at their lowest and everything is stacked on my mind. (Too much of a hurry to get an entertainer buff and have good brandy anyway). But I am completely dependant on doctors providing buffs on my other stats. I am completely combat ineffective if unbuffed. I am more than happy to even the highest of current prices on buffs. Considering the the buffs will last between 2-3 hours I can earn up to 500k in that time running 30k NPC missions on dantooine. That income by far offsets the measly 10k a doctor might charge off his buffs. Making buffs can be very time consuming. (Probably why there are two classes of doctors, ones who buff, ones who sell buffs to other docs)
In my opinion as a NON doctor and someone who is completely dependant on doctors, I feel that what they are charging is more than fair and I would even be willing to pay twice as much if the doctor community felt the supply/demand warranted it. They are out their to make money just like any other crafting/hybrid-crafting class. Don't give them a hard time just because they know what their services are worth and what people will pay.
Also, he's right, I'm a TKM/Doc and I'm a human male, so my stats are 400/400/1100.
W/O buffing myself I'd get owned by almost anything.
I can kill some mobs with a powerboost and no vk, but not many.
