No it's a tailor question. Doctors don't make this particular stuff only benefit from it.

Yeah, but not all styles of shirts/coats/pants etc can support enough of the BE enhancements (bio-sensor tissues etc)

For some reason the sun guard can support multiple so you can hit +25 with it easy.
